Pedro Marques (CENTIMFE)

Pedro Marques is a researcher at CENTIMFE, specializing in sustainability, the circular economy, Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), carbon footprint, ecodesign, and the sustainability of industrial products and processes. He holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of Coimbra and is currently a doctoral candidate in Environmental Science and Engineering, focusing on Life Cycle Assessment. Throughout his career, he has participated in various national and international R&D projects and has authored or co-authored numerous scientific publications in leading international journals. He currently supports the industry in areas such as product environmental assessment, decarbonization strategies, the circular economy, and sustainable additive manufacturing.
