João Pedro A.

João Pedro Araújo is a Lecturer at the Faculty of Sciences of the University of Lisbon. He received his PhD in Computer Science from Stanford University, advised by Karen Liu. His work is at the intersection of computer graphics and robotics, where his main research interest is studying how human demonstration data can be collected, processed, and leveraged to teach simulated human characters and humanoid robots. Previously, he obtained his Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering at Instituto Superior Técnico.
