I work in project and innovation management, mostly at the intersection of industry, sustainability, and digital transformation.
Over the past few years, I’ve been involved in complex, collaborative projects, including PRR mobilizing agendas and R&D initiatives. My role usually sits somewhere between strategy and execution — helping structure ideas, secure funding, and then making sure things actually happen in practice.
I’ve worked across different stages of projects, from preparing funding applications to managing implementation, financial follow-up, and coordination between partners. I’m also involved in internal initiatives related to digitalization and innovation strategy.
My background in consulting and research shaped how I approach problems — I tend to break things down, understand how processes really work, and look for practical ways to improve them. I’ve worked on topics like maintenance systems, spare parts management, and operational efficiency, always with a focus on real-world application.
What motivates me most is working on projects that create tangible impact, especially in areas like sustainability, circular economy, and the transformation of industry.
