Professional with over 25 years of experience in industrial environments and consulting, with a solid track record in leadership and operational management roles within internationally recognized companies. Holding a degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, an Executive MBA, and a Master’s in Management, and currently pursuing a Doctorate in Applied Business Management at ISCTE, researching the adoption of emerging technologies in Portuguese industry. My professional path includes roles as an Invited Lecturer in one of the TOP 50 World Business Schools and as a Senior Consultant in Project Management, Lean Management, and Continuous Improvement, leading multidisciplinary teams across sectors such as industry, healthcare, banking, and public administration. Passionate about innovation and sustainable value creation, I combine business practice with academic research, contributing to the evolution of management models and the development of professionals in diverse organizational contexts.
