Getting There
Car
Viseu is reached via the A25 (from Aveiro and Guarda) and the IP3 (from Coimbra). The event takes place at the Montebelo Viseu Congress Hotel & Spa, in Urbanização Quinta do Bosque.
Train
Viseu has no train station. The nearest stations are Nelas (about 20 km) and Mangualde (about 25 km), on the Beira Alta line. From there, a taxi or bus takes 25 to 30 minutes to Viseu.
Bus
Rede Expressos and FlixBus run direct services to Viseu. Approximate times: Lisbon 3h30, Porto 1h30, Coimbra 1h15. The bus station is in the city centre.
Plane
The nearest airports are Porto (OPO, about 130 km) and Lisbon (LIS, about 290 km). We recommend renting a car or booking a private shuttle from the airport.

Food & Drinks
Coffee breaks and lunch are included in the daily ticket and served at the Hotel Montebelo. Lunch is not included in the student plan: the Restaurants section lists options a few minutes away on foot.
Check-in
Entry is by the QR code on your ticket, which you receive by email. Show it at the entrance, on your phone or printed, to collect your badge.

Dress Code
Business casual. Comfortable but presentable: the congress is a professional setting.
Weather
In late September and early October, Viseu has temperatures between about 18 °C and 28 °C. Evenings can be cool: bring a light jacket.
