What is the application deadline?
Applications are open until all available spaces are filled. We recommend applying as early as possible to secure the best position.
Can I customise my booth?
Yes. The Diamond pack includes full booth customisation. With Standard and Premium packs, you can add branding elements within the allocated space.
What is included in the price?
Each pack includes the exhibition space, access to electricity, Wi-Fi and the indicated passes. Basic furniture is provided. Additional services can be arranged separately.
When can I set up the booth?
Setup takes place the day before the event starts (September 28). You will receive detailed logistics instructions after confirmation.
