Franco Monti, OT Security Expert, is a seasoned cybersecurity expert with a proven track record in the field of critical industrial infrastructure. As CEO of the MFS team, an Allurity Group Company, he provides his expertise in the protection of industrial infrastructure for the Utility, Manufacturing and Mining sector.
• He is leading complex cyber security engineering and expert projects to increase operational resilience against cyber attacks.
• Franco implemented large national and international cyber security programs establishing security operations controls in the industrial field and leading complex cyber security transformations.
• He was as well asked to step in as an ad interim CISO for a large international manufacturing conglomerate and for a large national media company.
• Throughout his career Franco hold several positions as a line manager, among others at AT&T. In his last line manager position he was deputy CEO of a consumer electronics company with outsourced production facilities in China.
• Franco gained its experience in cyber security delivering his expertise to large European and US multinational companies. He developed his in-depth methodological and analytical skills at McKinsey & Co in Zürich.
• Based on the nature of his work, Franco passed the security clearance by the Swiss Ministry of Defense (VBS) for working activities in the defense sector and in nuclear power plants
